2. Product purpose and legislation<\/h2>\n\n

All products, including cannabis seeds, are sold exclusively as collectors\u2019 items and souvenirs.<\/p>\n\n

Adventure Seeds does not market the products for the purpose of illegal cultivation or any other use that violates applicable law.<\/p>\n\n

It is the customer\u2019s own responsibility to familiarise themselves with and comply with the applicable legislation in their country of residence and in the country to which the products are delivered.<\/p>\n\n

Adventure Seeds disclaims any responsibility for the use of the products in violation of applicable law.<\/p>\n\n

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their country of residence.<\/p>\n\n

3. Ordering and payment<\/h2>\n\n

All prices are stated in EUR (\u20ac) and include Danish VAT (25%), unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n

We accept payment using the payment methods shown in the webshop.<\/p>\n\n

The amount will only be charged when the order is dispatched.<\/p>\n\n

For bank transfers, the order will only be dispatched once the payment has been registered.<\/p>\n\n

All payments are processed through secure payment solutions.<\/p>\n\n

Adventure Seeds reserves the right to cancel orders due to obvious pricing errors, technical errors or sold-out products. In such cases, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible. <\/p>\n\n

Ownership of the goods only passes to the customer once full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n

4. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n

We ship throughout the EU via PostNord or GLS.<\/p>\n\n

Normal delivery time is 3\u201310 business days from dispatch.<\/p>\n\n

The risk of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n

All shipments are packaged discreetly without any reference to the contents.<\/p>\n\n

Adventure Seeds cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities or other circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n

For deliveries outside the EU, shipment is at the customer\u2019s own risk. The customer is responsible for import regulations, customs duties and taxes. <\/p>\n\n

5. Customs and import<\/h2>\n\n

The customer is responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, taxes and for complying with applicable import regulations.<\/p>\n\n

Adventure Seeds cannot be held responsible for goods that are withheld, seized or destroyed by authorities.<\/p>\n\n

No refund will be provided for goods confiscated as a result of the legislation in the recipient country.<\/p>\n\n

6. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n

Consumers residing in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received.<\/p>\n\n

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Adventure Seeds at info@adventureseeds.eu<\/a> within the withdrawal period with an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.Seeds are delivered in sealed packaging that ensures the identity, authenticity and quality of the product. Once the seal has been broken, Adventure Seeds can no longer verify that the contents are the originally delivered product, as seeds can be replaced without any possibility of subsequent inspection. For reasons of product safety and quality, products with a broken seal therefore cannot be resold. <\/p>\n\n

The right of withdrawal therefore lapses when the sealed packaging is broken.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Returns of unopened products are at the customer\u2019s own expense, unless otherwise required by applicable law.For approved returns, the purchase amount will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. <\/p>\n\n

7. Right of complaint<\/h2>\n\n

A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.<\/p>\n\n

If a defect becomes apparent within the first 12 months after delivery, the defect is presumed to have been present at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.<\/p>\n\n

The right of complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect storage, improper handling, an incorrect germination method or any other use beyond Adventure Seeds\u2019 control.<\/p>\n\n

All seed batches are tested for germination capacity before sale as part of our quality control. However, the actual germination rate achieved by the customer depends on factors such as storage, handling, germination method and growing conditions. Adventure Seeds therefore cannot guarantee germination or growing results in individual cases. <\/p>\n\n

In the event of a complaint, the customer is asked to contact info@adventureseeds.eu <\/a>and provide the order number, a description of the defect and relevant photo documentation.<\/p>\n\n

8. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n

Adventure Seeds cannot be held liable for indirect losses, operating losses, loss of profit or consequential damages.<\/p>\n\n

We are not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from force majeure, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government intervention, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n

9. Personal data<\/h2>\n\n

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n

Personal data is used solely for processing orders, customer service and legally required purposes.<\/p>\n\n

Information is only disclosed to partners when necessary for delivery or payment.<\/p>\n\n

10. Complaint options<\/h2>\n\n

If you wish to complain about a purchase, please first contact us at info@adventureseeds.eu.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

If we are unable to find a solution, you may use the relevant complaint options in accordance with applicable Danish and European consumer legislation.<\/p>\n\n

11. Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n

The terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.<\/p>\n\n

Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.<\/p>\n\n
